Lennette Lee’s practice extends to all areas of complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on class actions, partnership dissolutions, contractual disputes, and employment law. Ms. Lee has successfully tried multiple jury trials, representing clients in state trial and appellate courts, in federal district courts, and in the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Lee is conversant in Chinese (Mandarin), which has aided her representation of numerous Chinese nationals in litigation based in the United States.
Ms. Lee also regularly incorporates pro bono work into her practice, which was recognized in 2013 by receiving the Pro Bono Service Award by the ACLU Foundation of Southern California.
Ms. Lee joined Caldwell Leslie & Proctor after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable John T. Nixon, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Lee was a litigation associate at the law firm of Baker Botts L.L.P.
